Jalbrook Balingup Concert - Saturday November 26th 2011
General Concert Information
Concert Access
The Jalbrook concert venue is conveniently located on the outskirts of Balingup. Parking for the concert is on the local sports oval and concert traffic entering Balingup is directed to the sports oval by clear and visible signage. There are personnel at the sports oval to coordinate the parking. From the oval there are two ways to get to the venue.
1. Walk along Brook Street, onto the Bibbulmun Track (which has a sign that says “Nature Walk”) and then onto the path that will take you onto the Jalbrook property. The walk takes about ten minutes and is along a flat gravel road. There is a ticket inspection point at the entry to the Jalbrook property.
2. Catch a free shuttle bus. There are three shuttle buses that run from the oval from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm. Ticket inspection will occur as you get onto the bus. The shuttle buses have access to the property and passengers are taken right to the concert venue.
After the concert there are the same two options to get back to the parking area. For those choosing to walk, the path and road are well lit.
Information Booth
For anyone requiring assistance on the day of the concert, there is a ticketing and information booth located at the sports oval near the shuttle bus pick up point.
Last minute ticket purchases can be made there. Any tickets sold during the week leading up to the concert will be held and can be collected at the ticketing booth after 4.00pm on the day. The booth is well signed, brightly coloured and easily identifiable..
